My technical experience includes identifying and resolving problems related to an abundance of ERP, HCM, HRMS, financial and reporting applications such as MS Dynamics AX, UKG Pro, Cognos Analytics, SharePoint, BI360 and Epicor, to name a few- I have strong business acumen, wide-ranging technical aptitude and detail for analyzing and documenting application support standards and processes- I am a proven leader and team player with an innate ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain company needs, uncover solutions and coordinate/support implementation of internal applications to maximize business value.
