As a Housing Specialist, I provide high-quality accommodation and housing services to local businesses and residents. I handle a range of tasks, such as allocating properties, collecting rent arrears, arranging maintenance, dealing with antisocial behaviour, taking legal action, and attending court hearings. I have successfully managed multiple cases and resolved complex issues, delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction. In addition to my current role, I am pursuing a Diploma of Education in Housing at the Chartered Institute of Housing, to enhance my knowledge and skills in the housing sector. I also have a Diploma of Education in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Metropolitan Police Accademy, which I obtained while working as a Special Constable and an Examiner Officer at UK Home Office. I applied my analytical skills and police training to assess the eligibility and credibility of visa and passport applicants, ensuring compliance with the immigration rules and regulations. I have contributed to the efficiency and accuracy of the visa and passport process, while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude towards all applicants.
