Leader in the Data Space with overall 20+ years of experience across the entire Data Life-Cycle: from Data and Solutions Architecture to Big Data, Data Science, AI, Product and Software Development, Software Engineering, Research. Marco has an international experience in the Private and Public/Academic sector, having worked in Leadership and Senior Roles for National Law Enforcement and National Statistics agencies, Global Publishing and Management Consulting companies. As an Academic, Marco has worked in a number of application-fields of AI/Machine Learning and Signal Processing (multimedia, speech, physics, and computational biology). He has lectured at University level and been published in peer-reviewed international journals, as well as presenting at international conferences and workshops. Marco has more than 20 years’ experience in the planning, design, coordination and delivery of data driven, statistical and scientific engagements. This includes architecting, building and delivering end-to-end scalable Big Data solutions; Data Products based on AI/Machine learning and signal processing algorithms; visualization and interpretation of statistical/data models and automation of data processes.
