I joined the Navy 22 Nov 2015 as a Master -At- Arms and have held a leadership position since. In Bootcamp I help RPOC and Master-At-Arms. In A school I held a leadership position ( Master-At-Arms). My shipmates consider me a stern but fair leader. My superiors like me in a leadership position because I can delegate task and they get done. My peers like me as a leader because I do the dirty work with them and I'm not afraid to make decisions for the betterment of the team. In December of 2021, I decided to take my knowledge and experience in the law enforcement/ public safety field and start my own Security company, “ Top Tier Protection Services LLC”
