About Margaret Prewitt

As a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College’s class of 2020, I have worked hard to grow my knowledge and practical skills while gaining an Education and an abundance of thorough job experience. Graduating in three years, I have earned a GPA of 3.5 or above, landing on the Dean’s list for several semesters. Additionally, while at WLC, I maintained involvement in many extracurriculars from Choir to Student Government. I also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for English 101 while simultaneously serving as a writing tutor for students who needed additional, one-on-one help catered specifically to their needs and learning style. These positions have strengthened my writing and editing skills while also allowing me to gain leadership experience. For the past two summers and during breaks, I have also worked as a receptionist at Xcel Sports in Appleton, which has given me a strong background in customer service and has helped me improve the skills of scheduling, critical thinking, and problem solving. Despite finishing the semester online due to the Covid-19 outbreak, I have graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English.
