Started at Unilever as administrative employee but moved into HR as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sourcing Unit Calvé and R&D in Vlaardingen. Since 3.5 years I have become Recruitment Specialist for Research & Development and Supply Chain doing mainly Global recruiting. Next to this I am the Global Functional Lead for R&D taking care of building global talent pools pro-actively. Projects like cost saving projects, managing redundant people, sharing and implementing Best Practices are also part of my role. People characterise me as creative, sociable, integer, reliable, humorous and sportive. Unilever is a great place to work.
