Strategic and mission-driven global health and international development leader with over two decades of experience designing and managing high-impact public health, workforce development, and international higher education initiatives across Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. I bring deep expertise in global health security, pandemic preparedness, and capacity building, having led U.S. government programs totaling over $200 million while serving in senior roles at USAID and partner organizations. My career has been defined by a commitment to strengthening systems that prevent, detect, and respond to infectious disease threats, building trusted partnerships across sectors, and delivering measurable results in complex environments. I’m a collaborative advisor and certified AOR/COR who thrives at the intersection of policy, implementation, and diplomacy—crafting strategies, managing technical teams, and aligning global stakeholders around common goals. Now exploring opportunities in the private and nonprofit sectors where I can apply my leadership, program management, and cross-cultural engagement skills to new challenges in global health, development strategy, or organizational leadership.
