About Marissa Dauber

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Community Health from SUNY Cortland, and am currently one semester away from earning my Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Utica University. I have over 3 years of experience working in the healthcare field, and I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow. Working in Graduate Medical Education taught me many things about project management, effective leadership, and the importance of compassion in the workplace. Most importantly, this role made me realize my love of and passion for recruitment. In managing the residency program I worked for, I was responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, from preparation, sourcing, and screening to selecting, hiring, and onboarding. In my current role at The Arc as Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am responsible for full cycle recruiting for positions to work with the people we support - individuals with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities. In doing so, I am personally committed to ensuring a positive experience for all candidates, while selecting applicants who are the best fit to serve the vulnerable population we support.
