About Marissa Johnson

I serve as the initial point of contact on a daily basis, providing proficient and exemplary service to each client that I encounter. I handle a multitude of cases and documents daily, serving as the intermediary between the clients that I serve and the doctors and insurance agencies that they come in contact with to provide them with their health needs. First impressions matter- the first person that you come in contact with when entering a new or recurring office determines your entire experience. I treat and interact with each patient practicing this belief. I provide a positive and high energy experience in which our patients say is infectious, all the while knowing it is important to keep calm and patient during stressful situations. I am a graduate of Anderson University, South Carolina. I attended school on a soccer scholarship for four years where I was fortunate enough to intern for two physical therapy clinics. These initial internships were crucial for my development as an exceptional client service provider. Being a full-time student, a member of the women's soccer team, as well as interning simultaneously, enhanced my time management and organizational skills. I am seeking a career opportunity that allows me to grow and develop into a position that fulfills my passion of positively influencing and benefiting others.
