About Marissa Robinson

Call me crazy, but I’ve truly developed a passion for Human Resources. I love creating structure, staying organized, and being the person who helps make everyone’s day a little easier. Whether it’s helping someone land a role they’re excited about or supporting them through challenges at work, I find purpose in making the employee experience better. I have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. I’m used to juggling whatever the day throws at me, and I approach every task—big or small—with a people-first mindset and a problem-solving attitude. At the end of the day, HR is about people. We’re complex, always evolving, and dealing with so much more than what shows up at work. That’s why I believe empathy, flexibility, and kindness are some of the most powerful tools an HR professional can have.
