About Mark Bittner

As a supervisor at UPS, I managed the daily operations of the unload section, where we handled over packages a day. I led a team of employees, assigning them tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring efficiency and safety. I also handled payroll, planning, and employee relations for my group. At the same time, I pursued my bachelor's degree in business management at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where I learned the fundamentals of organizational behavior, marketing, accounting, and finance. I am motivated by the challenge of balancing my work and education, and I aim to apply my skills and knowledge to improve the performance and culture of wherever I work next. I value problem solving, communication, and reliability, and I seek to grow as a leader and a professional.
