About Mark Bradley

From Valve Expert to Real Estate Investor, Landscape CEO, a successful SAAS exit, to an AI Platform Startup Founder and an active Technology Investor— my career path hasn’t exactly followed a straight line. But one motivation has always been constant the power of community. After high school, I became an apprentice steamfitter at a nuclear plant. I was good at it and finished a 5-year program in just 3.5 years. The money was great. The future was stable. But I wasn’t fulfilled. So I started landscaping on the side. I loved being outside, building for clients, and most of all, building something of my own. That side hustle became a full-time venture, and eventually a multi-million dollar, Top-100 North American design-build and snow management company. As we grew, I mentored other landscape business owners—helping them understand budgeting, job costing, estimating, and how to run a real business, not just a crew. We needed better systems, so we built our own internal software. That tool turned into LMN (Landscape Management Network)—now one of the industry’s most widely used platforms. We partnered with Caterpillar and traveled across North America, helping 100s of companies modernize and scale. But I didn’t stop there. I started LeanScaper to go even deeper - not just software, but a full AI Powered operating system for the green industry. Today, we’re launching LeanScaper AI—an agentic platform designed to embed AI agents into landscape companies to: • Turn ordinary people into rock stars, • Reduce chaos and waste in day-to-day operations • Rebuild the middle class in the process. We’re not just digitizing forms - we’re creating smarter, leaner businesses and unlocking real career paths for tradespeople across North America. I’ve lived every part of this journey: apprentice, contractor, coach, investor, 2x CEO, and now Founder & Chairman of a company building a new platform to power the future of work in the landscape industry.
