History to present: I edify and advise the C-Suite, management teams and cross-functional departments for ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation and certification. My specialties include management systems deployment, product and process development, future-tense planning, and strategy deployment and intellectual property protection. I have experience managing operations and engineering groups, with international continuous improvement guidance in R&D, operations, sourcing, supply chain, and program management. I remain current on analysis techniques and am flexible, innovative and think outside the box. Creativity, time management, collaboration, adaptability, and persuasion are some of my soft skills. Cloud computing, UX design, artificial intelligence, people management, and analytical reasoning are some of my hard skills.
