To those who want to know what true leadership is, what Honor-Integrity-and commitment to excel is, this is what I am. I do not play favorites. I hold accountable everyone. In todays global market place, the only way to succeed is to be the best. Not just at manufacturing, but in people skills. How to encourage people to excel. How to lead by example. People yearn for a leader who will lead. One who will not wavier in their commitment to grow the company. To encourage out side the box solutions to problems that arise. True success comes when those in leadership positions run toward the roar and overcome it. This is what I bring. I realize it can never be about me. It must always be about making those who work for me better. Remember, anyone can be put in a leadership role. Very few can actually be a true leader. It is an Honor and privilege to be that kind of leader.
