About Mark Coticchio

I am a process-driven Product Manager with nearly 15 years of experience in hard tech, software, and project execution. I successfully scaled a manufacturing e-commerce platform to grow by 200% ARR in its first year, an impressive feat in a space dominated by industry leaders. Building on my ability to turn early-stage concepts into revenue-generating products, I led an AI-powered IoT device from ideation to commercialization. Starting with an untested but promising concept, I drove its development into customer-testing with a production-ready solution. This innovation differentiates the company as an industry innovator, boosts retention, cuts customer costs, and opens up a new revenue stream. My passion lies in bringing structure to the ambiguity that often accompany growth. With everyone at the company rightfully focused on getting orders out the door, my executive team entrusted me to cut through the chaos to evaluate and scale the company's entire digital fulfillment process. This resulted in a process that cut engineering labor by 50% while maintaining a $15M/year parts business. Outside of work, I’m an avid backpacker and have camped in 15 national parks—sometimes regrettably in snow and freezing temperatures. When I’m not in a tent or at work, you’ll find me in the kitchen, endlessly refining my pancake recipe. Glowing reviews from my kids include, “Can we just have frozen waffles instead?” Don't worry, kids. I'll nail this recipe soon!
