From viewings and new tenancies through to court appearances and execution of warrants I deal with all aspects of rent and tenancy management. I also manage Anti Social Behaviour (I am certified BTEC Level 3 in Community Safety, Crime & Nuisance Management) and income maximization for tenants. From joint agency work with the Police, Social Services and Mental Health teams to dealing with agents on new developments - my varied role brings me into contact with a wonderful spectrum of people.
