About Mark Forster

I’m an experienced logistics professional with a strong track record of delivering results and developing high-performing teams. Since joining AB, I’ve taken on multiple roles with increasing responsibility across the U.S, consistently achieving success in cost savings, KPI performance, service excellence, employee engagement, and—most importantly—safety. I believe that when employees feel safe, valued, and engaged, great results naturally follow. That philosophy has guided every team I’ve led and every challenge I’ve taken on. My experience spans CBA negotiations, change management, relationship management, strategic planning and development, and logistics coordination. I enjoy building relationships, driving continuous improvement, and leading teams through change. I’m one of the lucky people who truly enjoys coming to work each day—facing new challenges, learning something new, and watching others grow and succeed.
