From Strategy to Execution — and Back Again With over a decade of operational experience in corporate leadership roles, I’ve driven strategic initiatives across global supply chains, digital transformation, and commercial operations. I learned how large organizations move — and where they get stuck. But I also wanted to move faster. That’s what led me to found, co-found and advise startups where speed, creativity, and hands-on execution define success. I’ve built ventures, scaled operations, and worked closely with product and tech teams — all while keeping a sharp commercial and customer lens. Today, I sit at the intersection of both worlds: I bring corporate structure to entrepreneurial projects. And entrepreneurial agility to corporate transformation. My background reflects this duality. I hold degrees in Japanese Studies and Business, and completed executive leadership training at Stanford University. Fluent in multiple languages and shaped by living in five countries, I bring financial acumen, intercultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to sustainable business practice.
