I am a passionate and creative educator with over 24 years of experience, which includes preparing students for IB, IGCSE, and AP examinations. Having done years of scientific research, specifically in particle physics, I went into teaching to inspire the next generation of STEM innovators. My goal as an educator has always been to motivate and inspire students to be curious, lifelong learners. Also, as educators, I believe we are called to be role models to our students and help guide them in their path to becoming well-rounded, morally outstanding individuals. My focus has been to make my impact in the classroom, but good teachers should not fear the call to be good leaders and step out of the classroom when their community needs them. I am a firm believer in the strength of diversity, the need for relational trust, the importance of family engagement, and the empowering effects of restorative justice.
