As a New Hire Service Coach at ADP, I lead and facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. I provide a comprehensive overview of company culture, policies, and procedures, and design and deliver role-specific training programs to enhance new hire performance. I also coach new and tenured employees on key skills such as time management, communication, and problem solving, and serve as a mentor, offering guidance, advice, and reassurance. I have over 4 years of experience in the human resources and payroll industry, with a strong background in implementation and client support. I have implemented Payroll, basic HR, and other modules for new and existing clients of ADP on ADP Workforce Now through all phases including plans, execution, and control of all aspects including scope and timeline. I have also handled complicated payroll cases on a daily basis, including tax analysis, accounting issues, general ledger troubleshooting, and software management. I am passionate about delivering excellent support to all clients by promptly answering questions, training, solving problems quickly, and providing solutions for complex setups. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, with a major in Management Information Systems.
