About Mark Ngatoa

An OHS and Training professional nearing 10 (ten) years experience in the mining industry dedicated to the continuous educational improvement of human resources in the face of rapidly changing and fluctuating markets. Being results driven I take pride in the achievement of facilitating 97% of the Concentrator and Paste Plant supervisors and leading hands at Birla Nifty Copper Operations (BNCO) to attain Cert Resource Processing within the trainee-ship time-frame. An accomplishment that required exceptional time management, a strong focus on achieving the outcome as well as effective negotiating skills with the Aprenticentre and BNCO management coupled with the knack to troubleshoot to ensure training and completion objectives were achieved. I have gathered an extensive administrative skill base developed over a period of almost 20 (twenty) years through my working career involving numerous computer systems and applications. I like working systematically. I enjoy working step-by-step and making processes as efficient as possible. My energies and focus are at their peak when managing projects/programs, overseeing operations, implementing a plan or coordinating events.I excel in delivering clearly defined outcomes. Under my watch, steps aren't skipped, and plans get followed through. I utilize my training, predefined methodologies, and best practices to deliver results.
