About Mark Nungesser

Tour and rental companies are often dealing with long response times, lackluster customer service, and a complicated back-end from their current reservation software. Most owners/managers are annoyed that they can't view all of their resources easily, having to view multiple pages to find the data they need. They are using multiple software programs to operate their tour or rental business inefficiently. What a waste of your valuable time. Our resource calendar shows all resources on one page with a simple, easy-to-use back end with ongoing training and support. We have substantial industry experience with zero staff turnover for over 3 years. We can help you automate your business with an online solution that allows your customers to make reservations directly from your website or over the phone. You can track all reservations and equipment so that you never oversell or undersell. This streamlines communication with your clients, collection of reviews, and staff training. Many companies that have made the switch from their current reservation system have saved money and were able to use those savings on marketing and employee programs. Which of course increases their bottom line. All this with no out-of-pocket cost. Zippo, nothing, nada. Message me here on LinkedIn for more information.
