District Manager: Roads and Stormwater (Plumstead) for 10 months. Office Manager and section head at Arup Consulting Engineers (Cape Town) for 6 years involved mainly in traffic and transportation planning as well as infrastructure design, construction and contract administration of projects. Civil and Transportation Engineer with 32 years experience, 10 years in the consulting environment and 22 as a Municipal Engineer in the Cape Town Metropolitan Area. I have experience in all aspects of road engineering, transportation planning, traffic engineering, pavement engineering, new developments, urban and rural transport infrastructure.
