My competencies include customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, business analysis, financial analysis, strategic planning, organizational change management, process design, vendor management, analytics, and product lifecycle management. I have led cloud-based projects in the digital innovation area, including an artificial intelligence / machine learning program. I also led the transformation of a multi-billion dollar organization's business systems and processes, using NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and other leading technologies.
