About Mark Williams

I’m a mission-driven executive pastor and organizational leader passionate about helping churches and nonprofits grow in health, clarity, and impact. Over the past 30 years, I’ve led teams through seasons of revitalization, expansion, and cultural transformation. I believe that healthy systems and empowered people are the foundation of sustainable ministry and organizational success. At New Day Christian Church, I’ve had the privilege of leading a staff of 30+ as we launched two new campuses, navigated a merger, and grew from 1,500 to over in weekly attendance. I’ve also overseen financial turnarounds, major facility projects, and the development of staff culture, benefits, and leadership pipelines. My goal is to create environments where mission and people thrive together. During Hurricane Ian, I served as NDCC’s lead for Charlotte County’s special needs shelter facility. After the hurricane, I coordinated emergency housing, food distribution, and recovery operations in partnership with the International Disaster Emergency Service (IDES). This effort mobilized church and community volunteers, provided critical relief to displaced families, and facilitated long-term recovery support for affected neighborhoods. Previously, I served in executive leadership at Northside Christian Church and volunteered as Assistant Fire Chief for Westfield Fire and Rescue, where I gained valuable experience in crisis management, community engagement, and operational strategy. I’m deeply grateful for my bride, Danielle, our three married children, and six amazing grandchildren. Outside of church leadership, I stay engaged in local, regional, and global mission initiatives.
