Rewarded skills in personnel management and leadership: skills of interaction & how to inspire subordinates and other team players. Very much entrepreneur minded. Creating own business opportunities but also willing to share the experience to help others to grow and to avoid obstacles. Leader position means for me enabling right things to happen, not to tell and "push" what should happen. Leading people for me means enabling and supporting them to win the challenges.
