From Technical Expert to Leadership Advocate My career began in banking IT as a database engineer, then evolved into leadership roles in IT infrastructure, architecture, and IT development team management. Today, I lead a team at Swedbank P&C Insurance, driving both IT development and systems maintenance. Key Wins in IT Leadership & Team Growth: Built FIRST, a cross-functional team that improved customer-IT collaboration & built a go-to IT4IT support resource. Designed & implemented an OKR system, aligning individual growth with strategic business objectives. Led a mission-based development approach, bringing together diverse teams to accelerate innovation. Improved communication frameworks between engineering & leadership teams during the shift to remote work. What I Solve: The biggest challenges I tackle? Lack of ownership, passive teams, and unclear leadership. By implementing structured goal-setting, clear accountability frameworks, and leadership coaching, I help teams move from stagnation to execution. Why This Matters?
