Tavoitteemme: Selvittää, mitkä piirteet tekevät Lapista soveltuvan startup-ekosysteemille. Koordinoida ekosysteemin rakentamista yhteistyössä eri sidosryhmien kanssa. Vakiinnuttaa yrityshautomo Rovaniemen ja Kemi-Tornion alueelle, auttaen lappilaisia startup-yrittäjiä kehittämään ideoistaan menestyviä liiketoimintoja. Toimenpiteet: Luomme polun startup-ekosysteemiin ja hautomoon yhteistyössä kaupunkien yrityspalveluiden, korkeakoulujen ja toisen asteen kanssa. Kasvatamme startup-ekosysteemin tunnettuutta ja näkyvyyttä Lapissa. Hyödynnämme hankepartnereiden osaamista tehokkaasti uusien liiketoimintojen synnyttämiseksi. Currently, I am involved in the Lapland Startup Incubator project, which aims to support the vitality and renewal of the Lapland region. Our Goals:Identify the features that make Lapland suitable for a startup ecosystem. Coordinate the construction of the ecosystem in collaboration with various stakeholders. Establish a business incubator in the Rovaniemi and Kemi-Tornio areas, helping Lapland's startup entrepreneurs develop their ideas into successful businesses. Actions:We create a path into the startup ecosystem and the incubator in collaboration with the cities' business services, higher education institutions, and secondary education. We increase the visibility and awareness of the startup ecosystem in Lapland. We efficiently utilize the expertise of project partners to generate new businesses.
