I am an energetic person with over fifteen years of experience in customer service in the field of hospitality and tourism on Polish and international market. The basis of my work is to provide the highest quality product / service for the client and maintain high levels of internal communication between team members, departments and Directors, the President and the Board of Directors, which is aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the company. I find myself an open, organized and motivated person with a strong sense of professional ethics, which is perfectly suited to teamwork and self-organization. Positive experience and meeting the client's needs is my priority. I also have experience in organizing a reception office in luxury hotels in Poland and abroad as well as one of Europe's largest air transport companies. The current experience from being a project Coordinator to Account Manager has also brought me a solid foundation in independent work where I have direct contact with clients and maintain our relationships.
