I’m a Transition and Business Change Specialist experienced in leading complex cross-functional projects from ideation to post launch evaluation. With over 20 years’ experience behind me I bring a wealth of knowledge in both the private and public section as well as European delivery. I’m skilled in the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure: defining work packages and tender strategies, resource planning, scheduling, risk & opportunity management and effective cost control. I recently led a digital transformation project aligned with the company’s strategic agile approach while also making recommendations to deliver £6m of annual savings.
