Career Highlights: • Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Vice President, Northwest Arkansas): Serving as the organization’s senior executive in the region, leading, strengthening, and expanding its strategic presence while building on its 75-year history in the state. • Northwest Arkansas Council (20+ years): Key contributor to initiatives improving quality of life and economic growth in the region. • Government Affairs Leadership: Established a robust, non-partisan division for local chambers of commerce across Northwest Arkansas, setting a new standard in state and federal advocacy. • Community Presence Plan (CPP): Helped champion a $250M healthcare delivery expansion in Northwest Arkansas, including a 300-bed hospital tower (opened 2019), new clinics, a multi-specialty facility, and a freestanding ER. The CPP also drove recruitment of 100+ providers, enhanced specialty care (cardiovascular, women’s and children’s services), and launched a UAMS internal medicine residency program in partnership with the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks. • COVID-19 Response: Trusted healthcare executive and community leader in unprecedented inclusive, collaborative regional communications, operations, and education.
