I am a solutions-oriented and customer-centric enthusiast with extensive experience across travel management, logistics, operations, event / conference production and hospitality services. I also have a dynamic background working with multi-culturally diverse teams to successfully execute large-scale and international initiatives. I am a dedicated and optimistic professional with a passion for providing strong results through continuous improvement, creative problem solving, and proactive planning with strong attention to detail and a constant willingness to learn. I began my career in events production and conference planning at WorldCan conferences, producing numerous successful conferences. I expanded my scope of expertise through other roles to include real estate, language translation services, and events planning as an independent consultant for a brief period. Recognizing my true passion for helping customers plan events and travel, I later transitioned to a Travel and Customer Service role at Clincierge. At Clincierge, I play a valuable role in making impactful contributions to patients participating in clinical trials. I work closely with these participants to manage travel and logistics related to their clinical trials and accommodate their needs. In addition, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each case is handled adequately from a financial and operational standpoint. I take great pride in helping these participants in great need. My specialty areas include strategic leadership, event planning, customer service, project management, contract negotiation, budget development, logistics, operations, research and analysis, digital media, social media, and process improvement.
