About Mason Everson

Most operations problems aren't complicated. They're just not documented, not tracked, or not owned by anyone. That's where I come in.I've spent the last several years working inside high-volume B2B operations, building systems, tools, and processes that keep things from falling apart. Delivery scheduling, vendor coordination, SOP development, KPI tracking, and the weekly work of making sure teams actually follow through on what was agreed. I've done this at the branch level, across 150+ concurrent accounts, and I genuinely enjoy it.What I'm good at is looking at a broken or inefficient workflow, figuring out where it's actually breaking down, designing something better, documenting it clearly, and making sure it sticks. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, currently completing my Google Project Management Certificate, and I've been doing this kind of work long enough to know that most process problems are people and communication problems in disguise.🤝 Let's Collaborate:Outside of my full-time role, I take on consulting work through Upwork for small to mid-size businesses that need help cleaning up their operations, building SOPs, or untangling logistics workflows that have outgrown the informal systems they started with. If that sounds like something your business needs, feel free to reach out or find me directly on Upwork. Let’s connect here or reach out directly at eversonmason@outlook.com
