With a well-rounded background spanning in-depth ASIC design and comprehensive hardware product management, I thrive on guiding state-of-the-art projects to success. My expertise covers the full SoC lifecycle, from architecture and specification to mass production in advanced FinFET technologies. More than 5 designs have been followed from conceptual stages to mass production.I specialize in project management, technology/vendor selection for complex ASICs, and leading pre-studies for cutting-edge multimedia SoCs. Analyzing and coming up with a good system architecture and IP selection (and make/buy analysis) are all parts I have been involved in. I possess a deep understanding of modern ASIC challenges, including architecture, performance, leakage, IR-drop, SI/PI, package, and PCB layout – confidently navigating these areas through reviews and follow-ups.Beyond chip design, I've managed hardware products (line cards, stand-alone units), collaborating across software, operations, and cross-functional teams. This includes overseeing schedules, schematic/layout/manufacturing test reviews, bring-up, and compliance testing.I am also a keen innovator, dedicated to creative technical idea generation and process improvement, evidenced by my patents and applications. My goal is to leverage this broad experience to drive success in challenging hardware and ASIC endeavors.
