Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation, operational shifts, and technology rollouts. often in environments where clarity, structure, and alignment didn’t exist yet. That’s where I thrive. My background is a blend of hands-on experience and strategic oversight: from retail management, logistics, and automotive sales, to wireless operations and IT project delivery. Today, my focus lies in helping organizations move from idea to execution with precision whether through agile project management, program oversight, or digital system deployment. I’ve worked extensively with AI, chatbots, IVR, and self-service tools, guiding initiatives that reduce friction for both customers and internal teams. I approach project leadership with equal parts structure and empathy. every system serves people, and every deployment should deliver value that sticks. I’m certified in Scrum and currently deepening my expertise with PMP preparation. My philosophy is simple: deliver predictably, lead transparently, and always keep the end user in mind. I regularly collaborate with other leaders in digital strategy, CX, and IT ops to share best practices, refine processes, and build smarter systems.
