With more than 20 years of experience working in the technology industry, I have developed a strong appetite for establishing sincere relationships with clients, partners and my co-workers, which perpetuates into a significant positive impact on the business. Always focusing on creating innovative end to end solutions which may use a broad spectrum of technology, skills and resources that will interface into multiple areas of a business to provide a clear measurable benefit to the client. A strong belief in customer service, aiming to always exceed client expectations, the way in which a solution is delivered is as important to what is actually being delivered. This approach ensures on going repeat business and creates barriers to entry for others. Roles have been varied from IP Integration and telecommunications leading customers to embrace new technology creating the benefits of smart connected buildings, to global manufacturing of wireless coverage solutions working with mobile network operators and public safety organisations, to on site project lead and consultancy and start-ups. From these roles and over the years, I have recognised and grasped the importance of coaching and building inspired and motivated teams that are ambassadors for the business both internally and externally.
