I have 18 years of experience in the ground transportation industry, and in my years of experience I have been involved in an array of positions and have held various levels of responsibility within my previous employment as a ground transportation supervisor. I am looking to bring my expertise to a new place of employment where I can utilize my full potential to help the company be successful and achieve their goals.The successes I have had in achieving company production goals in my various supervisory roles shows how dedicated I am to the jobs and tasks I am given. I work hard to ensure that the teams are able to perform to their maximum productivity potential, and work quickly to resolve any disputes or problems that arise during our operation.I work diligently to ensure safety and company protocols are enforced and adhered to by everyone I supervise, and I make sure to set a good example for them to follow. I have a great ability to mediate between employees when necessary to continue a smooth production within my team. I am a natural leader and I am seeking a job opportunity that will allow me to showcase my skills and abilities and continue to enhance my leadership qualities. I believe in knowing all aspects of an operation from front to back, in order to better teach and train employees to do their job within the operation. I find that the best way to teach someone is to be able to step into their shoes and perform the same tasks I am asking them to complete.
