About Matthew Binning

Matt is a project manager focused on the planning and delivery of capital infrastructure projects in British Columbia. Matt has advised public and private agencies on various aspects of public projects, including the development of business cases, municipal agreements, financial analysis, risk modeling, and the development and implementation of procurement processes and evaluations. Matt is an experienced project manager who has supported and lead the development of several business cases including the New Surrey Hospital and BC Cancer Centre, Surrey Langley Skytrain, Stuart Lake Hospital, a Government heating plant in Victoria, along with several Long-term care facilities for the Northern Health Authority and Interior Health Authority among others. In addition, he has acted as procurement manager for large infrastructure projects in BC, including the New Surrey Hospital and BC Cancer Centre, Kicking Horse Canyon - Phase 4 Project, and Lions Gate Hospital Redevelopment Project. His work in project management, financial analysis, and public and private advisory has resulted in the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. He continues to advise public agencies in the planning, development, and procurement for several of BC's major transportation and healthcare infrastructure projects.
