Throughout my professional experiences I have used my knacks for creating, designing, redesigning, and organizing to benefit businesses. These projects have enabled businesses to access hundreds of millions of dollars that they were unable to before. My largest project was with Bank of America where I designed a system to retrieve mortgage applications nationwide from cyber limbo. In my time with University of Phoenix I created a system that was used nationwide to track attendance for hybrid students. Prior to my system students were not able to be tracked. In every business I have been in I have created processes and systems that have enabled the business to function beyond what it was capable of before my innovations. Some of my other innovations include creating airtight legal documents to cover the business in transactions, developing employee tracking, integrating databases and spreadsheets to enhance customer information across platforms, and creating spreadsheets and the advanced ability for businesses to quickly train new employees and track products. I have over 25 years of customer service expertise in a number of fields. I have over 25 years of computer experience ranging from hardware to software building and integration. I spent over a year as the IT campus administrator in Wichita, Kansas. I am C++ certified, as well as Microsoft office certified. I have focused education and experience in the medical, scientific, nursing, fine arts, information technology, theater, and deaf interpreting fields. In my spare time, I tutor students and adults on many subjects ranging from math, science, computers, and English for the purpose of general studies, focused studies, language studies, personal advancement, and professional advancement. I am TEFL certified. As part of my experiences, I have been a part of interviewing and hiring many people along the way. I have integrated those experiences with my Microsoft office expertise in many ways. One thing I enjoy doing in my spare time is creating updated and modern resumes for customers so that they will be noticed and chosen for potential professional experiences. In my spare time, I enjoy taking part in paid opportunities involving product reviews, research, and panel interviews. I am currently seeking opportunities to enhance, redesign, and reorganize businesses or management teams on a part-time and/or contract basis.
