Over the years I have gained extensive experience directing operations including team leadership, training and development, performance management, and customer retention. Which stems from being an extremely collaborative communicator allowing me to demonstrate the ability to partner with customers, employees, and cross-functional groups to align priorities and achieve goals surpassing expectations. All while remembering to have fun in the process!
