My responsibilities at these facilities have included managing employees, building renovation projects, grounds upkeep, landscaping, roofing and exterior, HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gym floor upkeep, scheduling, event set up, security, and public relations. While I have held these responsibilities I have also maintained an independent business performing various handyman and landscape services.
