Experienced professional with 14 years experience across HR/Recruiting, U.S Military Ops Leadership, Training teams, Internship Programs & Program Management, with a career history ranging from the DoD, Corporate, Research/Data industry, Manufacturing, EV & Sustainability Engineering organizations, and the last ~ 3 years in the Video Game industry. Some of the coolest stuff I've gotten to work on is launching teams, orgs, labs, video games, and military projects, I've done data-driven decision making, equipped leaders to make good decisions, weekly data reporting & visualization, budgeting, territory & stakeholder management, process improvement cycles, strategic planning, ROI/ CPH forecast reports, and lastly super specialized requisition fulfillment, ranging from extremely high volume, to extremely niche. I repeatedly championed and launched new initiatives, including Early Careers programs/Internships, TA Marketing campaigns, HRIS/ATS improvement project teams, systemic data migrations, ATS integration / ATS analytics, brand campaigns on social media, and more. I have system expertise with Eightfold, Avature, iCims, Workday, Gem, JobTarget, LinkedIn Recruiter/LIR Talent Insights, Jira/Kanban boards, Miro, Canva, Jobvite, Rippling, 15Five, Dropbox/HelloSign, Elempleo, Seek, MyHR, some Looker data reporting / visualizations, and lastly JASS, just for fun. I have personally led and partnered through several initiatives from concepts to best practices across business units at several S&P 500 organizations, and the U.S Army.
