About Matthew Erb

Matthew has lived and worked in Northeast Ohio his whole life. After graduating from Lake High School he attended Walsh University. Graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, his Major was in General Business. After Walsh he attended Hondros College to receive his Real Estate Sales and Broker license. Matthew is employed by Ellis Erb, Inc. and Lake Realty and is a member of the Ohio and National Board of Realtors. Matthew is also a Board Member (3 term Chairman) for the Lake Chamber of Commerce and has served as the Lake Township Zoning Board of Appeals and Zoning Board. In 2019 Matthew was elected to be the Fiscal Officer of Lake Township. Matthew is married to his wife, Christy and they have two kids. Both are very active in the community. Lake Realty is located in Hartville Ohio. The Broker for Lake Realty is Matthew Erb. Matthew is a member of the National Board of Realtors, CRIS MLS & SCAR. One of the big niches that Lake Realty operates in is property management. Currently Lake Realty has over 300+ properties and 300+ storage units that they manage. Erb Farms, LLC. is another family owned business that is currently operating on over acres in NE Ohio. Matthew Erb, is also employed by Ellis Erb, Inc. since 1998, Matthew started by working in the field and is now the project coordinator where he oversees all operations. Ellis Erb, Inc. is a custom builder for both commercial and residential construction projects.
