Previously, I was the ICT Digital Product Development Manager and spent 10 years as a Senior Business Analyst and have vast experience of change delivery and transformation, having also worked at Lowell & HBOS - some key successes included: Delivery of the Skills for Care IT strategy and significant contribution to the wider work programme. Managing budgets up to £1m and a multi-disciplined, highly skilled team Requirements gathering, process mapping and user interface design for a number of high profile and white paper initiatives. Managed the implementation of muliple concurrent projects using rapid application development and Agile based methodologies.
