Key Highlights: At Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust: • Commissioned to lead a project around Children and Young People’s Mental Health and Wellbeing, resulting in increased organisational internal confidence and capacity to manage difficulties, a 26% decrease in the requirement for external referrals and consequently, a reduction in service waiting times. • Researched, designed, and delivered bespoke training packages to develop knowledge and understanding of children and young people’s mental health issues, leading to an average knowledge and understanding score increase of 1.7 / 2 and an overall average rating of 6.7 / 7 for all training delivered during the duration of the project. • Successfully improved working relationships, evidenced by Impact Surveys and testimonials from stakeholders. • Increased engagement and multi-agency partnership working; engaged with 800 community stakeholders and co-ordinated joint events.
