Most recently from Oct 2020 I have had the new challenge and exciting experience of setting up in partnership a new company. The company Designed and built a multitude of bespoke control panels, LV Switchgear and Grid Protection Panels for solar pv renewable systems. This company went from strength to strength and in 2024 had grown to be an employer of 12 full time staff. During my time as director I faced many new challenges on a daily basis that are part and parcel of running your own business. From staff management to toolbox talks, job costing to Procurement, FAT and SAT tests, Delivery dates and dead lines, finance control, R&D, grievances & disputes, maintaining end product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, cost evaluation, surveying etc, etc. All of the above while also maintaining a hands on approach to help out or give advice weather it be in the workshop or on site. Alot of vital skills learned and core understanding gained. Now to begin a new chapter. Previous Experience in the design and manufacturing of Control Panels over a wide range of industries such as, Concrete Batching Plants both Mobile And Static, Continuous Concrete Mixing Plants, Animal Feed Systems, Meal Mixing And Weighing Plants, Water and Waste Water and various other commercial and domestic projects
