I am a passionate leader with a background in quality control, food safety and operations — all of which have equipped me for the position I now hold as COO at Westfield Egg Farm. Joining the atmosphere and core values of our team is a welcome change. We strive to go beyond the numbers and statistics with our core values. As COO, I work in tandem with the George Weaver family (founders at Westfield) to guide the company in achieving its larger vision and business goals, while supporting the Weaver family’s legacy of caring for one another, our communities, farms, and families. Out of all the things I’ve learned throughout my career, the need to maintain a strong connection and commitment to God, family, and community is most valuable. I strive to live this out in serving my Lord Jesus Christ, being an effective husband and father, using my talents to help those around me. Regardless of my company, position, or title, holding on to what is most important and placing those values before all else, is a true calling. I am thankful to be employed by a company who not only supports but encourages in a meaningful way my commitment to my core values.
