About Matthew Hull

I have a passion for process optimization and using technology to enhance my teams capability and offering to the organisation I work for. As a dynamic and engaged manager I believe that growing employees is incredibly important. By encouraging a culture of trying, learning from failure, constantly evaluating performance and sharing success you can get the best out of your people. I love more than anything the feeling when my team surprise me with something fantastic because they've been given the space and have the confidence to move forward with their creativity. I'm fascinated by technology and how automation and AI can help teams and organisations succeed. I've designed a number of processes that have essentially removed administration need and 2nd hand data handling, allowing my team to focus on activities with even greater value. I'm a logical thinker and draw on my experiences in recruitment, HR, compliance and audit and contracts to make sensible decisions in my work, especially when designing processes. I have a deep understanding of mental health challenges and dealing with that in a managerial context. Reward and recognition is a big part of how I manage and finding ways to promote a positive work environment is always a goal of mine. I'm data driven and truly believe that understanding the data of an organisation can lead to incredible results, both in terms of performance management and future business planning.
