About Matthew Kibble

I am a Digital Information Professional, passionately engaged with a myriad of services in Libraries, E-Learning, Data Management, and Web Development, with current focus in Higher Education, Student Services and User Experience Design. I have experience in Project Coordination, Usability Testing, Business Planning, Budget Management, Resourcing and Acquisitions, Wireframing, and Data Analysis. Within libraries I'm familiar with the operation and management of Sirsidynix Enterprise and Symphony, Koha, OCLC Webview, Worldshare Management Systems and WorldCat, ExLibris Alma, LibAnswers and LibGuides. I have operated as the regional coordinator for migration, including data cleansing, preparation, system configuration and implementation. I have also utilised my own web development skills (HTML/CSS/Javascript) to design and release bespoke service portals for both Libraries and E-Learning platforms. Within E-learning I've worked mostly in Moodle but also Blackboard, providing administrative support, consultancy on aspects of platform web design, and building resources around academic and soft skills development. I enjoy exploring the creativity in any job, improving usability, applying new practices, streamlining processes, and working with others to build a positive and productive work environment.
