About Matthew Kodge

I have over 10 years experience working a variety of sectors including Retail, Hospitality and Office working environment, with roles from Receptionist to Assistant Hotel Manager. Each role has had Customer Service be he common denominator, and something I am very passionate about. The right approach to anything can make such a huge change to a customer's experience. I attended a course on Customer Service where I was asked 'What determines a customer?' I believe the answer to this question is anyone who talks or interacts with me while at working in a manner that is regarding work. In that respect, even my colleagues when asking a question or making a request are my customer and I work to give them full help and support, strive to make them feel valued and do what I can to help their day be a little easier and hopefully a little brighter to! I'm also an open book, so any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
